1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unused and unopened
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • You provide proof of purchase

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened oral care products, including toothpaste, toothbrushes, mouthwash, powders, and other personal care items, may not be eligible for return unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

Our team will review your request and provide an appropriate solution.

3. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved and the product has been received and inspected, we will process your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 5–10 business days for your refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless:

  • The item received was damaged
  • The wrong product was shipped
  • The issue was caused by an error on our behalf

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
