  • 10% NANO-HYDROXYAPATITE: Our toothpaste features 10% nano-hydroxyapatite (n-HA), a calcium-based compound used in Japan for decades in oral care. Known for its smooth feel and gentle cleaning, n-HA is an alternative to fluoride for those who prefer fluoride-free options. n-HA is a remarkable biomaterial that comprises 60-70% of bone mass and an astounding 96% of tooth enamel, making it the hardest substance in the human body.
  • WHY 10% SPECIFICALLY?: Unlike other brands that hide their Nano-Hydroxyapatite percentages, our toothpaste contains the full 10% Nano Hydroxyapatite—the optimal amount concluded my most scientific studies. Too little is ineffective, and too much nHA starts to aggregate (or “clump” together) also reducing efficacy.
  • THAT CLEAN DENTIST FEELING: Say goodbye to harsh bleaching agents. Our nano hydroxyapatite toothpaste gently polishes, leaving you with a glossier, smoother “tooth feel” without causing sensitivity.
  • FLUORIDE FREE & SAFE FOR ALL AGES: Our nano hydroxyapatite toothpaste is completely fluoride-free, offering a safe alternative for those looking to avoid the negative health concerns of fluoride. Our nHa toothpaste is made with biocompatible ingredients, safe if swallowed and recommended by dentists nation-wide.
  • MADE IN USA WITH CLEAN INGREDIENTS: Made in the USA with premium, globally sourced ingredients. Our toothpaste is fluoride-free, SLS-free, with birch xylitol to promote oral health. No artificial colors or flavors. No Triclosan. No Titanium Dioxide. Just clean, gentle care for your mouth.
  • * Whitening – with twice daily brushing, surface polishing. * Enamel Care – with twice daily brushing, surface cleaning. * Sensitive teeth – gentle formula appropriate for sensitive teeth.

I have GERD; the acid is really damaging my enamel. I began using this three weeks ago. The top picture shows my teeth before. The bottom photo are my teeth this morning. I do think that they look fuller/rounder and more opaque today. It is not miraculous, but I also think that that thinned out area on my front tooth looks a little better—so does the edge of the tooth beside it. Overall, everything looks better than it looked before. They might be a touch whiter, but it’s very hard to tell this by just comparing iPhone photos in my bathroom. I will continue to use this and update with another photo after a few more weeks. The toothpaste is very refreshing and I love the way it makes my mouth feel. There is zero sensitivity. It has a very pleasant taste. I am going to guess that one tube lasts about a month, since I have been using it for three weeks, twice a day, and my tube is almost gone. Update: I have been using this toothpaste for some time. Suddenly, I started a to get tooth pain on two different sides of my mouth. I had two cavities. When I googled this, it says that people who begin using this type of toothpaste after they have been using fluoride for years often experience accelerated tooth decay. Also, the tiny area on the front where I had the white piece chipped off a little bit more. This is something that would’ve never happened a year ago. My teeth were strong. I had absolutely no cavities and I’ve always been very diligent with brushing and care I’m incredibly disappointed. My dentist recommended returning to fluoride toothpaste. I will be getting a prescription strength fluoride in the hopes of repairing some of this damage. I hope this helps someone else thinking I’d discontinuing fluoride for this.

Great tasting toothpaste that leaves my teeth smooth, clean and bright. It may be my imagination but after only a week my teeth seem whiter. Some of the worse stains have faded. It is not rough on the teeth or gums, no fluoride or peroxide is used (I have a sensitivity issue with peroxide formulas), I am so glad I bought this product. (I’m a real person living in the California southwest.)

I was originally sent a mostly empty tube with a broken seal that the previous buyer obviously used and then returned. That gross on the part of the previous buyer and grossly negligent on the part of the seller/distributor! The fact that someone processed that return and said “yup, that’s good to resell” is so crazy and they need to be fired! That being said, they did replace it with a proper product and Amazon refunded my money, but still. Idk if it’s just in the New York area but I have had so many issues with orders between broken items (not in the mail, the seller sloppily glued it and then sold it), books with adhesive glue all over the covers, purchasing a brand name and then receiving a knock off version, etc. They always make good on it but it’s such a hassle! Sorry for the rant, Back to the product- I love it! Leaves your mouth feeling very refreshed, great at whitening, and i love that it’s nature- based.

This toothpaste comes in a tube a little under 6½ inches tall and less than 2 inches wide, with a simple flip‑top cap. When you squeeze it onto your toothbrush, it looks like any ordinary toothpaste—smooth, white, and easy to dispense. I did find that I needed more than the recommended pea‑sized amount; about two pea‑sized portions worked better for me. Once I started brushing, the paste quickly dissolved into a watery consistency. The closest comparison is brushing with baking soda, but without the baking‑soda taste. It doesn’t foam at all, and it has a light mint flavor. After the first use, my teeth felt noticeably smooth, and that smooth feeling lasted throughout the day. Ingredients listed on the tube include: Purified Water, Hydrated Silica, Glycerin, Xylitol, Nano‑hydroxyapatite, Calcium Carbonate, Sodium Methyl Cocoyl Taurate, Carboxymethyl Cellulose, Geogard ECT (Benzyl Alcohol, Salicylic Acid, Glycerin, Sorbic Acid), Natural Flavor, Sodium Bicarbonate, Menthol, Stevia Rebaudiana Leaf Extract, and Peppermint Essential Oil. I purchased this toothpaste because hydroxyapatite is a naturally occurring mineral that makes up most of our dentin and enamel. The 10% nano‑particle form is designed to plug exposed microscopic tubules, reduce sensitivity, and help remineralize weak enamel without fluoride. I’ve been using it for about two weeks and really like the smooth, clean feeling it leaves on my teeth. I’m 55 and haven’t had issues with tooth sensitivity, so I can’t speak to that benefit. I also haven’t tried other nano‑hydroxyapatite brands yet, but I plan to in the future. The product arrived the next day and was packaged just like something you’d buy in-store. No complaints about the shipping or the toothpaste itself.

I bought this after using different nano-hydroxyapatite toothpastes to compare them to one another. I read all of the Amazon reviews and saw so many good reviews so I knew I had to try it for myself. I was intrigued by it especially after seeing the price. Out of the 3 I currently own (I’m wanting to try Ollie nHA toothpaste which is 17 bucks), Mouthology ends up being in the middle for price. I paid 9.99 for Nudge and 14.99 for Elims so 9.98CAD for Mouthology puts this toothpaste at middle range for price point. I really do like it because it leaves my mouth feeling extremely clean however it does tend to burn a bit when using it. It’s definitely something I can handle and will maybe just have to get used to because I’m used to subtle minty flavors with Elims Lavender Vanilla Mint and Nudge Natural Mint flavors but it does definitely work. I have included photos of before and after of my teeth along with a photo of the tube comparisons side by side next to the toothpastes I currently own. If I had to rate them, I would say Elims comes in first, Mouthology comes in 2nd and Nudge comes in 3rd (only because Nudge is a gel toothpaste and I like a paste). All of them contain 4oz in each tube so they are of equal amount. Each contains 10% nHA in their toothpastes as well. Overall, I think I would use Elims first (which if you didn’t know, Elims backwards spells Smile; I thought that was cute). But if I ran out of Elims, I would definitely reach for Mouthology before I would Nudge (I’m autistic and adhd so the gel toothpaste is just a sensory issue for me but the flavor is great and it’s nice and foamy like fluoride toothpaste). I definitely felt like it catered to the sensitivity of my teeth by not irritating them or my gums. Since using nHA toothpaste, I have seen a big difference in my teeth. They feel stronger and they are smoother. I also have restored a lot of my tooth enamel to where the small cavities I had in my back teeth and one of my side teeth and now those cavities are nearly gone! You don’t get that with fluoride toothpaste, that’s for sure. The thickness of my teeth has even changed in a few short weeks to where it was see-through on my front teeth and now, it’s less see-through! Nano-hydroxyapatite is a game changer and really does change your life. I wish I’d heard of it sooner! It’s kid friendly as well with nHA being safe to swallow. Definitely would recommend this if you want a strong mint flavor. If you want subtle, try Elims. If you want gentle mint flavor and gel toothpaste, try Nudge. So many great options out there so everyone can have a good affordable nHA toothpaste and restore their smile! Also, if you don’t have an electric toothbrush already, definitely get one! I know most are expensive but let me turn you onto a good and affordable toothbrush. I bought two oscillating toothbrushes (we got baby pink and pastel yellow) from the brand Teetheory (here on Amazon) for 18 bucks each and we LOVE ours! I had receding gums/small black triangles in my gum-line from brushing too hard so a dentist recommended getting an oscillating toothbrush and I’m so glad I did! Now, I feel like I just came from a cleaning at the dentist (minus all the pain) when I use my electric toothbrush with my nHA toothpaste. Definitely check this brand out and if you’re looking to change it up and not use the same toothpaste like me every day/night, maybe try buying one of each toothpaste. I have the Elims Pineapple Orange Mint flavor along with their Lavender Vanilla Mint but I also have the Nudge Watermelon flavor along with their Natural Mint flavor and now I have the Mouthology Mint toothpaste. So minus one star for it being a little too strong on the mint profile & the burning effect but still… definitely all worth a try! Hope this helps :)

...and made domestically! ~ FULL DISCLOSURE - I'm not Not NOT a xenophobe OR a sinophobe BUT the truth isthere have been more than a few proven issues with product contamination / adulteration when things originated in the PRC and I am unwilling to take that chance with something that is in my mouth several times a day 😜. ~ For the record; anytime you see "Manufactured for..." that means Made In China fwiw & this is seen on several nano hydroxyapatite toothpaste offerings here on BezosMart. ~ Mouthology is a great toothpaste with nice mild taste, excellent mouth feel and the maximum amount of nano hydroxyapatite allowed in oral application. ~ BezosMart review helper wants me to comment on "Ease of Use"(?) - the pop top cap seals nicely and ensured the tube lasted until empty which means it as safe, at least I suppose that's what they mean. ~ Nano hydroxyapatite really is the best option for any being with teeth 😀 and has been used everywhere but muricka for decades because flouride is somewhat sketchy according to many - not just the Tin Foil Beany crowd 🤪 & this is an excellent option 👍🏼 ~ Cheers from Texas, Billy

Very good toothpaste! Helps rebuild enamel and great for those with fluoride allergies. Helps prevent gum inflammation and protects from build up too of bacteria on teeth. Very noticeable difference when using this. Lasts about a month. Don’t need a lot of the toothpaste each brushing. Definitely worth it for the price.
